What do you do?
We provide back-office support services to our clients abroad. We are an exclusive back office support for Home Mortgage Alliance Corporation (HMAC), a fast-growing mortgage company in California, USA. We provide back-office support services for HMAC and its partners. These include loan setup and processing, doc drawing, secondary marketing, quality control, post-closing, digital marketing services and accounting.

What are the usual hours of work?
Our client is based in California, USA, thus our regular hours of work is from 12:00am to 9:00am Philippine Time from Tuesday to Saturday. Philippine time is 1 day ahead of our client. The work hour is 8 hours of work a day, 40 hours in a week with 1-hour break time and 15 minutes break morning and afternoon.
What jobs do you offer?
We offer back office job usually related to the United States mortgage industry. These are all full-time position with an above minimum starting package and includes all government-mandated benefits, as well as leave credits upon regularization in 6 months.
Do you have work at home jobs?
Currently, we do not offer work at home positions. All our jobs are office-based and require you to work full time during the prescribed hours of work.
