JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Support the PH and US offices in terms of HR and administrative tasks
  • Maintain employee records
  • Update HR databases
  • Assist in timekeeping for payroll preparation
  • Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
  • Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
  • Collaborate with the HR officer to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
  • Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies
  • Provide support in the system administration (account creation, password administration etc)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Relevant work experience of at least 2 years
  • Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of HR software (HRIS platforms)
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
  • Familiarity with labor laws
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Act as a reliable and supportive team member
  • BS in human resources, psychology or similar relevant field
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Data-driven mindset
  • Experience with recruitment marketing
